2.) Do you own the diamonds you sell?
All the diamonds on our website are owned by us and are in our possession. That means that all the diamonds that you purchase from us will come directly from our offices and are NOT drop shipped by another company!

The reason our diamonds are sold at such great prices is because we are direct manufacturers and importers of all our diamonds and jewelry. While may other websites use other companies to provide them with diamonds we hold our own stock of diamonds and sell to you in a true wholesale to the public format.

All the diamonds and Jewelry we sell come with full diamond Lab certificates/appraisal by UGL New York

5.) Can I Upgrade my diamond in the future?
Yes. Just Use your original purchase price towards the upgrade and just pay the difference between your upgrade and your old diamond.

6.) Do you provide appraisals?
We do provide you with a full appraisal of your jewelry. The appraisal report comes with your diamond lab certification. Also along with you jewelry we do send you information on where you would be able to have your jewelry insured if you choose to do so.

7.) What payment methods do you accept?
For US customers we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Bank Wire Transfer.

For International customers we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Bank Wire Transfer.

8.) Do you Charge Sales Tax?
We only charge sales tax to residents of New York State Sales.

Shipping is free to all customers! Your Jewelry will be shipped with Fedex Express services and we do have all shipments insured for the full purchased value.

International Customers are responsible for paying all of their Country's Customs and taxes.

We ship with Fedex express services which means that for domestic customers this is an overnight shipment with full insurance coverage.

11.) What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee . We must be contacted within 30 days of your receiving your jewelry in order to obtain a return authorization.

12.) What is your Guarantee on your jewelery?
If you have purchased your diamond ring from us, we give you a Lifetime Guarantee on the quality and workmanship of your ring. However this warranty does NOT cover any damages as a result of typical wear and tear.

13.) How soon will I receive or jewelery after purchase?
Usually all order ship within 2-4 business days depending on the nature of the ring. In rare cases that it may take longer we will notify the customer right away. Custom rings and settings may require up to 2 weeks for completion.

14.) What does F-G Color, VS2-SI1 Clarity mean?
We guarantee that your diamond will be F-G in color and VS2-SI1 in Clarity. This means that you may have a highest combination of F color and VS2 Clarity or in very rare cases the lowest combination of G color and SI1 Clarity. In most instances the diamonds are graded as F color and SI1 Clarity or G color and VS2 Clarity. However you will NEVER purchase a diamond from us that is of lower then G color and SI1 Clarity unless it is stated in the description of the item for sale.
